How to use it
Download the CSV, open it in Excel and save a working copy as an Excel workbook if you want formatting or formulas. Replace the example row with your own records. The CSV contains plain values: when a charge or payment changes, recalculate the total and balance yourself or add your own spreadsheet formulas.
Keep a separate payment log for instalments
A total-paid column does not show every receipt. If one bill is settled through several transfers, keep a second log with bill reference, date, amount, method and reference. Add those receipts to work out the total paid against the bill.
